Leighton Park School

学校概况
学校创立于1890年，原为一所男子学校。于1975年开始招收六年级女学生后，也于1993年正式成为一般男女学校。学校招收11-19岁的学生，以寄宿生为主，采取小班制，五年级的班级人数以不超过20人为原则，A-Level课程的人数则在5-12人之间。

学校课程
11-13岁的学生学习的课程包含有Art, Beliefs and Values, Design Technology, Drama, English, French, Geography, German History, Information and Communications Technology, Mathematics, Music, Physical Education, Science, Games, Personal and Social Education。

13-14岁的学生学习的课程与11-13岁学生相同，并另于西班牙或拉丁文里选择一门课程。

14-16岁的学生皆上为GCSE考试准备的课程

16岁以上的学生则上AS、A2 Level课程(可从Ancient History, Art and Design, Biology, Chemistry, Design and Technology, Economics and Business Studies, English, French, Mathematics and Further Mathematics, Geography, German, History, Music, Physics, Politics, Psychology (AS level only), Religious Studies, Sport Studies, Theatre Studies等科系中做选择)，为进入英国大学做准备。

对英语非第一语言的学生学校亦设有EFL处，为其做课后辅导。

住宿
住宿生分别住在五个学校提供的宿舍中，宿舍里有舍监负责照料学生的生活，每个学生亦有个别指导的老师。医疗设备也为其24小时提供。
